PURCHASE CONDITIONS
These general contracting conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out in our Tibetan Buddhas virtual store, hereinafter The Seller. For more information about the Seller and our Privacy Policy, consult the Legal Notice located at the bottom of each page of this store.
We kindly ask you to read these Purchase Conditions and our Privacy Policy carefully before placing your order. If you do not agree with all the Purchase Conditions and the Privacy Policy, you should not place an order.
- ID.
The Seller is a business unit belonging to Tibetan Buddhas. Any communication may be directed to the registered office or the email address support@tibetanbuddhas.com.
- Exercise.
The Seller is dedicated to distance selling, preferably online, for online sales.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. - Sales system.
4.1. In order to place an order, the customer must be at least 18 years of age. If you are a minor, ask your parents or legal guardians to place the order on your behalf.
However, if you are between the ages of 14 and 18, you can request information about products and events. 4.2. The Client must fill in the personal data form found in our Online Stores (available 24 hours a day, every day), once they have accessed the page and clicking on the button “finish order”.
4.3. When the Client completes her order, we will send her an email with the number and details of her order.
4.4. In case there is a problem with the shipment of the material, for example due to problems with the manufacture of said product, or the discontinuation of the product, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform him of the situation and suggest alternative products that may want to buy. Or propose the return of any amount of money that we would have paid for such products. The return of these sums of money will be the limit of our responsibility towards the Client, if it is impossible for us to supply the requested products.
4.5. The customer may cancel the order at any time and without any additional cost, as long as it has not been invoiced and sent through the transport company. If the package had left our facilities, the customer may reject it with the transport company at the time of receipt.
4.6. The availability of products on the web is constantly changing and reflects the situation in real time. Adding an item to the shopping cart does not guarantee that it will be reserved for the customer, since other customers may have bought it while they were browsing the web. As soon as the payment process has been completed, the product is reserved for the customer.
4.7. We will make every effort to supply you with the products listed in your order confirmation. However, there may be occasions when it is impossible for us to supply such products due to, for example, that such products are not in stock. In these cases we will contact the Customer to inform him and perhaps we will suggest alternative products that he may wish to buy. If you do not accept our suggestions, we will cancel your order in relation to the products that we cannot supply and we will refund any money that we would have paid for such products. The return of these sums of money will be the limit of our responsibility towards the Client, if it is impossible for us to supply the requested products. Sometimes, The price of a particular product in our Online Stores may be wrong and show a higher or even lower price than the corresponding one due to computer error. When this happens and if your order has been confirmed, we will contact the Customer as soon as possible.
- Applicable taxes.
The prices of the products displayed on the Seller’s website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) that, where appropriate, is applicable.
Purchases that are to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union will be subject to VAT.
Purchases that must be delivered in territories of non-member states of the European Union, or in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will be exempt from VAT.
- Way to pay.
– Payment by credit / debit card.
If you choose to pay by card, the Customer’s order cannot be taken into account and will not be processed until the payment has been authorized by your bank or savings bank. Online payment by credit card is made through the “Secure Socket Layer” security system, which encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the internet. For security reasons, Tibetan Buddhas verifies all orders paid by bank card. We accept American Express, Maestro cards and any Visa and Mastercard registered in the secure payment system Verified by Visa.
– Cash on delivery. (NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE)
The client must make the payment of the total order to the courier of the transport company, when he receives said order. * Additional cost of the service $ 15 with delivery times of approximately 5-15 working days. Tibetan Buddhas is not responsible for delivery times as it depends on said transport company.
* The client agrees to receive his order, if he rejects the order, he will be charged $ 20 for management and shipping costs, where he must make the payment by bank transfer where Tibetan Buddhas will provide him with the IBAN account number to carry out the aforementioned debt.
– Payment by bank transfer.
The Client must make the transfer to the account that will be indicated in due course.
IMPORTANT: As a concept of the transfer, you must indicate the reference that will be indicated at the end of the order. In case of not having indicated this reference, the order will be canceled and the money will be returned after 5 days.
IMPORTANT: For payments by bank transfer, the products are not reserved until the deposit is received.
– Payment for Bank Income at ATMs of our entity or other entities in collaboration with it.
The Client must make the deposit in the account that will be indicated in a timely manner.
IMPORTANT: As a concept, you must indicate the order number that will be indicated at the end of the order. In case of not having indicated the order number, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded after 5 days.
IMPORTANT: For payments by income, the products are not reserved until receiving the deposit in account.
- Form, costs and delivery time.
7.1. We will send the Customer their products to the delivery address that appears on their personal data form.
7.2. On the website, specifically in the shopping cart, the amount of the shipping costs is indicated before the purchase is made.
7.3. If the item indicates “in stock” when placing the order, the period between placing the order and the date of the first presentation of the employee of the transport company in the specified place corresponds to the sum of 2 elements:
– The preparation period (1 to 5 working days): validation of the payment + preparation of the order + receipt of the package by the employee of the transport company.
– The delivery time of the order by the transport company. You will be informed from the beginning of this period from the receipt of the “Sent” e-mail.
* This shipping method may incur customs costs, it must be paid by the buyer and not by the seller.
7.4. We will deliver the product once you have verified that the effective payment has been executed correctly.
7.5. We understand hours and days as hours and working days, thus excluding Saturdays and Sundays and holidays. If for any reason attributable to Tibetan Buddhas this period is exceeded, we will notify the Client of the incident and propose alternative solutions.
7.6. The Client undertakes that he or another designated person is at the indicated address to receive the package. In case of not being the first time, the carrier will insist several times. If the order still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us, with the consequent return to the Customer of the payment made less the shipping costs or return of the merchandise that will be borne by the Customer.
7.7. The Customer agrees to give the correct shipping address, in this case Tibetan Buddhas is not responsible for delays or returns caused by wrong or incomplete addresses, please make sure before processing your order.
8. The right to return the products and the withdrawal.
8.1. If the Customer is not satisfied with the product they have purchased due to faults or manufacturing defects (for this reason only), they may return the product to us and agree to a refund with Tibetan Buddhas.
8.2. No refunds can be made for changes in size, color, texture or any other aspect that the client considers.
8.3. As far as possible, the product must be returned in its original outer box or packaging and well protected to avoid damage during transport. Otherwise, the products will be depreciated and the customer will be notified once the return is received. In addition, all the original documentation must be included, as it was received at your address.
8.4. Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and after checking its status, the return of the product will be accepted and the amount will be reimbursed (agreed in section 11.1) according to the payment method made by the Customer:
– If the payment was made by credit card, the amount will be paid to the same credit card.
– If the payment was made by transfer, we will request an account number where to pay the amount.
8.5. The company sees itself in the right to reject any product that does not come in suitable conditions for subsequent sale. These products will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
- Obligations of the client.
The Seller’s client undertakes at all times to provide accurate information on the data requested in the user registration forms or when placing the order, and to keep them updated at all times.
The client agrees to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Contracting Conditions, understanding that they include the best possible service will for the type of activity carried out by the Seller.
