Tibetan Buddhas was founded in 2017. After 7 years of development, the factory has strong Buddha statue casting technology. Tibetan Buddhas is located in Guanghan City, Sichuan Province, China, covering an area of ​​15 acres. There are 110 employees and a total of 8 workshops. It has a complete set of production workshops from 3D custom printing to clay statues to copper parts and gilding face opening.

Tibetan Buddhas adheres to the principle of quality-oriented. All Buddha statues are cast in pure copper. There are several masters who have inherited the family of statues, leading 3D printing technology in the industry (China has 6 factories with free 3D printing technology, and only 2 in Sichuan, China). There are casting masters with more than 10 years of experience in Buddha statues, and the casting technology is leading in the industry. After the Buddha statues are finely polished, the Nepalese masters complete the gilding face opening process. Because of the leading statue technology, quality assurance and high-quality after-sales service, it is deeply loved by customers at home and abroad. Tibetan Buddhas statues are exported to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Nepal, Thailand, Tibet, China, Ganzi, China, Qinghai, China, and Buddhist colleges in Aba, China.

HOW IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS DONE? HOW LONG DOES MY PACKAGE TAKE?

WHAT HAPPENDS IF I AM NOT THERE WHEN THE POST OFFICE DELIVERS THE PACKAGE?

They will leave a notice paper, the next day you can pick it up at the nearest post office.

WHY IS THERE NO CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION?

The order leaves directly from the factories to the indicated address, as it is an international postal shipment, it does not give us the possibility of cash on delivery as payment.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT I CAN DO?

We guarantee a refund if you have not received the ordered item within 90 days. If 90 days have passed and you have not received the ordered item, you can request a full refund of it by sending an email from the contact section indicating the order reference. Once the refund is requested, our team will study your case and communicate a resolution within 72 hours. If your request is approved, a refund will be made for the amount of the item not received, if possible it will be made using the same payment method that you used when placing the order. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take 5 to 10 business days to become effective.
